The possibilities of the plot are currently not fully exploited. A swimming pool could be built together with a bar close to the beach (away from the buildings, on the north side of the property) to serve drinks and snacks to beach goers (Papa Nero beach is used by more than 1000 people daily during the summer months). As the property has 90 meters of frontage to Papa Nero beach, umbrellas and sun loungers can also be rented on the beach after obtaining a permit from the town hall.
